Presentation Title: Application of AI in Fault Diagnostics for Electrical Vehicles
Dr. Anurag Choudhary (Member, IEEE), currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Data and System Engineering at the University of Hong Kong. He earned his Ph.D. in 2024 from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India. Before that, he obtained his M.E. in Instrumentation and Control from the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research in 2018 and his B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, India, in 2015. Dr. Choudhary has authored over 30 publications in well-reputed journals, including IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Applications, IEEE Sensors, and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, and more than 30 international conferences. His research focuses on electric vehicle diagnostics, including model and data-driven diagnosis and prognosis, computational and predictive modeling, on-board diagnosis of rotating machines, and algorithm development utilizing machine learning and generative AI.
