Prof. Souhail Dhouib, ranked among the World’s Top 2% Researchers (Stanford Elsevier 2024), is an expert in AI, Operations Research, and Optimization. He invented a new concept of AI namely Dhouib-Matrix where several heuristics, metaheuristics and optimal methods are developed (such as Dhouib-Matrix-SPP and Dhouib-Matrix-TSP1, DM4, …, etc.) revolutionizing logistics, robotics, and supply chain optimization. A Full Professor at the University of Sfax, he has over 20 years of experience in academia and industry, founding two software firms and consulting globally. Prof. Dhouib has authored 60+ high-impact publications and serves as the Frontiers Planet Prize Coordinator, promoting sustainability. He is a keynote speaker and editorial board member, bridging theory and practical applications in AI and Industry 4.0.
